Wayne
McLennon graduated from York University and holds an honours degree
in Economics. He is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board,
the Ontario and Canadian Real Estate Associations. He is a
qualified Commercial Building Inspector, with training to render
inspections that comply with the new rigourous ASTM E2018-01
Standard for Property Condition Assessments. McLennon has also
undergone and completed the Professional Financial Planning,
Canadian Securities, and Mutual Fund Programs with the Investment
Institute of Canada and Canadian Securities Institute.
Prior to entering commercial real estate McLennon was a Mortgage
Underwriter and Investment Advisor with the CIBC (Canada's second
largest bank), which experience gives him a competitive edge in
putting together creative deals that would often otherwise not be
viable under standard underwriting criteria.
