When it comes to payday, we believe you should be the one who calls the shots. Royal LePage offers you flexible compensation plans with options you can tailor to your needs. We offer everything from the traditional incremental plans to high-split plans to work-at-home plans. (*not available in all areas)

Benefits, which include extended health care, dental care, life insurance and long-term disability are available to you with the Royal LePage carrier. Plus, there are optional benefits that can include your dependent family. Of course, industry standards insist that everyone provide a medical history and be subject to an examination.
